Returns

If for some weird reason that we can’t imagine, you decide that our Lasso gear isn't for you, no problem.

Please reach out to info@lassosurf.com to initiate a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days.

Items must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS, CLEAN AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION.

Your refund will be issued to the same method of payment you used to make your original purchase.  

Within 5 days of us receiving your package, shipped using the label you purchase during the return process, we will process a refund for the product to the same method of payment you used when placing your original order. Please note, shipping charges aren’t eligible for a refund, and you are responsible for shipping items back using the shipping methods offered. 

Exchanges

Items being exchanged must be sent back WITH TAGS STILL ON, CLEAN AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION 

Exchanges must be done within 30 days and can be initiated by emailing info@lassosurf.com

We will ship your new items as soon as we receive the items you are sending back, WITH TAGS STILL ON, CLEAN AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION.   

We’ll pay the shipping for the new ones, but you’re responsible for shipping the ones you’re exchanging back to us by purchasing a label through us.  Easy.
